Role

Due to this expansion, Futurestep currently has an exciting and challenging opportunity available for experienced MSP Business Partners to drive contingent recruitment and ongoing contractor management activity onsite. Partnering with stakeholders and hiring managers you will help deliver the contractor resource to service their business needs, you will be hands on recruiting contracts as well as engaging agencies via the established supplier panel. Alongside recruitment and contractor management, you will also be actively involved in projects to drive continuous improvement and compliance within your own team and also the broader business. The ability to multi task is a must, as well as strong negotiation and influencing skills. Your previous experience in an internal onsite role is highly desirable and drive to meet deadlines without compromising process, detail or accuracy.

Experience

You are an experienced Recruiter with a marked career in Contingent Recruitment. With a high degree of business acumen, you effectively negotiate and manage margins and have a thorough knowledge of the Contingent recruitment market. Proactive with demonstrable problem solving ability, you can quickly learn new processes and confidently and effectively articulate key messages to a varied audience.
