  • Plan, setup, and execute Adobe Campaign in accordance with the marketing strategy and objectives
  • Strong functional proficiency in campaign orchestration and marketing automation using Adobe Campaign Classic
  • Serve as an Adobe Campaign subject matter expert for campaign deployment
  • Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to leverage personas, customer journeys, and data strategies to develop and implement marketing automation programs
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the current system and new business requirements
  • Serve as an advisor and problem solver to our partners to assist them in optimizing their use of the Campaign product suite to successfully define, build and run these applications on behalf of the stakeholders
  • Review technical specs and ensure completeness in support of campaigns
  • Review and execute test plans with our technology teams to ensure a quality deliverable to our business groups
  • Support testing and break-fix for new enhancements, data integrations, and core Adobe Campaign functionality
  • Support business user acceptance testing responsibilities - test plans and business use cases creation to reflect requirements which demonstrate a deliverable meets quality standards and is ready for field use
  • Prepare product roadmap and prioritize backlog
  • Build, execute, and deliver accurate audience data for assigned campaigns using marketing automation
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
Requires :
  • 7+ years' experience must include Adobe Campaign marketing automation platform/product management
  • Deep understanding of Marketing Campaign Management Application using technology to identify audiences and execute and measure effectiveness of multi-touch, multi-channel programmatic lead nurture and relationship deepening marketing campaigns
  • Certification in Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner, Developer or Architect a plus
  • Experience in other Marketing Campaign tools a plus (Marketo, Hubspot, Redpoint, etc.)
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS to set up automated/ customized campaigns into Adobe Campaign
  • Thorough understanding of campaign performance analysis to drive continuous improvement
  • CMS integration experience - primarily AEM is a plus
  • Experience with data management and services required to feed Adobe Campaign Classic audience segmentation, preference management, etc.
  • Experience working as a technical product owner to integrate and connect the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products (Adobe AEM Sites, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Campaign) is a plus
  • Experience with Cross-Channel Marketing Campaigns strategy, planning and execution
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solver with the demonstrated ability to identify issues, and solve them quickly
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
