Senior Manager, Media Personalization

With a focus on evolving Kohl's to be world class in Customer engagement, the Senior Manager, Media Personalization will drive the media strategy for Personalization testing and project manage the media personalization tests focused ensuring the team meets expected results and is driving progress towards defined business objectives.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

MANAGE MEDIA PERSONALIZATION TESTING AND OUTCOMES

  • Create media personalization testing roadmap in partnership with internal media team
  • Run ideation as necessary to fill test backlog
  • Troubleshoot technology or execution barriers to Personalization testing in media
  • Manage resourcing for media tests in partnership with the internal media team
  • Generate hypotheses & partner to define analytical/testing opportunities to provide new insights to further advance the targeted segment strategy


COLLABORATION WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PERSONALIZATION SQUAD
  • Ensure daily follow up on deliverables and holds team accountable for timely and accurate completion of tests
  • Serve as agile steward and coach, ensuring a data-driven mindset and encourages media team to generate bold and innovative solutions
  • Inform leadership and key stakeholders of performance on regular basis
  • Communicate challenges and opportunities in a proactive manner to key partners
  • Collect learning from test program and shares across the media team and the organization
  • Work with media team to execute scaling of tests and manage day to day execution of scaling tests
  • Assist in creating scaling recommendation and help determine final recommendation to present in control tower meeting
  • Perform initial assessment of new test ideas submitted through idea submission briefs
  • Ensure tech and data feasibility for a test (working with tech and data leads), identifying interim solutions or modifying test design if necessary


QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Ability to understand consumer analytics, marketing strategies, and technology
  • Experience executing digital media campaigns is a requirement with a preference for experience working in SEM, DCO, and Social media
  • Understanding of DMPs and audience creation and programmatic buying technology
  • Successful track record of driving results
  • Powerful verbal and written communicator
