Business Analyst - Identity & Access Management

What Will You Be Doing? Kohl's Identity and Access Management team is seeking an Identity and Access Management Business Analyst to help with the delivery of Kohl's provisioning and governance capabilities. As an Identity and Access Management Business Analyst, you will be the liaison between business partners and technical teams and help with role designing and analysis. Responsible for translating business requirements into technical requirements. We will look to you to analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes and act as a flexible resource moving from project to project. Understanding in some or all of the following areas are preferred: Support and Delivery of Enterprise Identity Management Systems Endpoint and Infrastructure Privileged Access Management Enterprise Password Security Federated Identity Management LDAP User Life-cycle Management Role and provisioning policy Management Multi-Factor Authentication

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Contributes to the day to day operational outcomes for assigned area and anticipates current and future opportunities

  • Captures requirements for assigned work with minimal dependency impacts and/or cross operational impact analysis upon deployment
  • Assists in managing scope and change control of assigned work in coordination with Management
  • Develops acceptance test requirements for assigned work
  • Assists with the initial determination of the feasibility of assigned work, ensures user requirements are thoroughly and accurately documented in accordance with standard best practices
  • Performs necessary follow up with partners to ensure new or modified system functionality is documented accurately and requirements have been met
  • Works with Project teams to participate in post-project reviews to ensure the process is improved for the next project
  • Provides analysis of performance for all aspects of metrics delivered and identifies key trends
  • Develops reporting requests
  • Supports immediate team with conducting initial system/process roll-out, including training
  • May audit project deliverables to ensure quality outcomes and adherence to quality assurance best practices
  • Conducts analytical projects; provides strategic insights; and prepares requirements documentation to capture business requirements across business units
  • Leads the development of system roll-out and user training
  • Supports implementation and go-live transition and business adoption
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with a variety of technical and business teams and positions
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of experience in technical and functional analysis
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Identity Management Experience preferred
