Associate HR Communication Analyst

POSITION OBJECTIVE Creates and implements HR communication campaigns to reach associates across the company using varied channels. Utilizes creative and concise writing to inform, persuade and guide associates. Works with internal HR partners and the Kohl's internal communication team to determine timing and communication channels for each campaign.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

COORDINATES HR COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGNS

  • Creates and implements communication campaigns for HR initiatives
  • Serves as the liaison between internal communication teams and HR business partners
  • Connects campaigns to overall company and HR initiatives
EVALUATE AND MONITOR COMMUNICATION EFFECTIVENESS
  • Establish communication KPIs relevant to communication goals
  • Create surveys and identify opportunities to collect qualitative and quantitative feedback
  • Monitors utilization of communication tactics to evaluate success and inform future actions
SUPPORT COMMUNICATION PROCESS AND EXECUTION
  • Make recommendations to enhance communication processes and tools that will drive engagement with the content and channels
  • Maintain accurate and relevant information across channels
QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED
  • 1-2 years of communications experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience
  • Strong verbal and written skills and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
PREFERRED
  • Creative writing experience (storytelling, etc.)
  • Familiar with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience using web content management systems
