As a Sales Representative for our SMB Division, you will have the opportunity to sell an award winning security awareness training and simulation platform. This is a consultative sales position where you will demonstrate our platform to IT professionals in your assigned territory. There are inbound leads but you also will make prospecting calls to a portion of our database. If you are driven to succeed in sales, this is a perfect opportunity for you to reach your financial goals.
- Grow new business by demonstrating our security awareness training and simulation platform
- Exceed assigned quota through hard work and persistence
- Use Salesforce to track all interactions with prospective organizations
- Be an advocate for KnowBe4 by being a subject matter expert on our products

- 1 year as an inside sales rep selling to businesses or organizations
- Experience in cold calling with the ability to self generating leads through outbound prospecting
- Hard worker that overcomes challenges through persistence
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Strong time management skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills both spoken and written
- Excellent administrative and note keeping skills so anyone can read and understand what has been done with a prospect in your pipeline
- Knowledge or experience with SalesForce is desired but not required
- Familiarity with the G Suite products
- Fun attitude with the drive to succeed
