The Sales Performance Coach is responsible for the coaching and performance development of sales reps

Responsibilities:

  • Listen in on demo phone calls
  • Create coaching plans for those reps who need help
  • Coach, roleplay and drill with sales reps
  • Help sales reps identify where they may be falling down with a sale or in sales and help them strengthen it
  • Set up regular drilling with the teams in their area
  • Monitor sales rep statistics for any red flags that could be affecting their sales and helping them turn it around
  • Inspect pipelines and accounts for any errors in handling customers and coaching them to improvement

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in outbound B2B sales. Cold calling experience a plus
  • 1 year experience in coaching or quality control type position
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Ability to find the root cause of a why a sales rep may be struggling
  • Strong statistical analysis skills
  • Strong skills in working with people
  • Strong skills in developing plans and drills to help sales reps
  • Strong overall sales knowledge (closing, prospecting, etc)
