The Director of International Quality Control (QC) will ensure that all policies and procedures are enforced and adhered to by employees at KnowBe4 international locations. In addition, this role will work closely with each location to ensure that these locations maintain the highest standards of KnowBe4 in compliance with the organization’s mission and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, fire, promote, and/or discipline subordinate employees
  • Ensure all employees comply with the policies, procedures and standards set forth at all international offices
  • Coordinate with the HR & Legal departments to develop and implement new policies and procedures at all international offices (as needed). 
  • Establish a training schedule for all new and existing international employees and ensure all training is completed
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all international employees to provide training and continued feedback. 
  • Act as a liaison between the international locations and the US-based Growth department to answer any questions.
  • Observe sales calls and demos as needed and provide coaching as needed
  • Review Salesforce accounts to ensure proper administration policies are followed
  • Work closely with international personnel to identify any problem areas, areas of concern that require immediate attention and suggest corrective actions to remediate those issues
  • Facilitate continued development and training  of all international management
  • Coordinate onboarding of new employees in conjunction with our Corporate Development team post-acquisitions.

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent business experience required
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Excellent skills in debugging blocks or barriers to production
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong skills in finding underlying problems to situations and innovate to resolve problems
  • Multilingual in German, Dutch or Spanish is a plus
  • Experience dealing with M&As is a plus
