Showroom Operations Associate I San Francisco

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our new San Francisco Showroom. The Showroom Operations Associate will not only provide direct support to the Style Advisors at Knot Standard San Francisco, but have the opportunity to join a company that is global, fast growing, and places great value on employee innovations that make the customer experience exciting and enjoyable. You will be working with 5+ Bespoke Style Advisors and overseeing the day-to-day instruction of our intern(s).  




  • Responsible for all day-to-day business operations of the San Francisco Showroom
  • Responsible for opening and closing the San Francisco showroom (unless Style Advisors have an appointment before or after business hours, where as they will be responsible for opening and closing of the San Francisco showroom)
  • Managing overall showroom operations, inclusive but not limited to supply orders, visuals, shipping, and receiving alterations, event prep, and stock organization
  • Responsible for product management of shipping and receiving
  • Ensuring all garments are tagged, labeled, steamed, and organized for fitting
  • Maintenance of Monthly showroom expense report
  • Responsible for execution of events
  • Coordinating, scheduling, and logistics within daily calendar of the Bespoke Style Advisors client appointments & fittings
  • Assisting Style Advisors with reset checklist before, during, and after appointments
  • Responsible for transporting, communicating alterations, and maintaining deadlines to local tailor & Style Advisors
  • Responsible for tracking inventory from logistics & local tailor
  • Responsible for communicating and resolving all maintenance issues
  • Handling ad-hoc projects for the Showroom
  • Main point of contact for B2B relationships




  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • World-class communication and time management skills
  • Prior affiliation with successful customer-facing businesses, preferably in the retail or luxury industries
  • Familiarity and passion for the menswear industry
  • Sound technical skills, including CRM and reporting systems
