Since 2010, our company has continued to expand to new markets, but our mission remains the same; to consistently offer premium service, selection combined with tradition and classic tailoring, for our client and his personal stylist to create the lifestyle our customer desires. We have seven appointment-only showrooms located in New York City, Chicago, D.C., Houston, Austin, Dallas, and San Francisco, in addition to our Online Studio at KnotStandard.com.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our New York City HQ. As we continue to scale, this person will be the go-to contact for the full recruiting cycle, in addition to supporting the Director of Employee Experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to have an immediate impact on building upon the employee experience for the fastest growing menswear company in the United States. This includes:

  • Identifying top candidates via prospecting, outreach, and networking
  • Scheduling interviews & phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers (in some cases arranging travel for candidates)
  • Delivering a high level of communication between hiring managers and candidates
  • Maintaining an updating our Recruiting process; including managing our ATS (Greenhouse), updating job descriptions, and updating our LinkedIn
  • Being the primary point of contract from start to end for candidates; prompt follow up via phone or via email
  • Managing the candidate pipeline reporting
  • Coordinating post interview feedback calls
  • Managing Glassdoor reviews
  • Transitioning a new hire into the onboarding cycle
  • Building & maintaining accurate reporting within our ATS
  • Managing Recruiting event management each coordinator
  • Managing recruiting events; from industry panels to meeting the team
  • Transition new hires into our onboarding process, including system setup, email setup, and team communications
  • Identifying ways into enhance the candidate experience

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s in Psychology or related degree
  • Strong Internship experience or 1-2 years experience in Recruiting
  • Strength in using Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
