Customer Relations & Move Coordinator

Working alongside our Senior Launch Operations Manager, the Customer Relations & Move Coordinator will ensure a seamless transition into new Knotel spaces for all members. Our team embraces curiosity, integrity, urgency, and tenacious problem-solving, and the Customer Relations and Move Coordinator will contribute to this culture while pushing us to innovate and do our best work.

What You’ll Do

 In this role you will be responsible for working with customers and other Knotel team to efficiently define, schedule and coordinate customers’ moves and requests.  

  • Serve as a liaison between Knotel and the client to ensure a constant line of communication during the move process to provide the highest level of quality to the relocating or new customer
  • Assist design team with client walkthroughs, orders, and scheduling third party services
  • Communicate with all stakeholders (internal Knotel teams and external suppliers/ services)  to make sure clients expectations are met
  • Advocate with the vendor on behalf of the customer to provide the best service
  • Resolve any problems with the vendor during the move

You have impeccable organizational systems and understand that the devil is often in the details. You carry yourself with energy and positivity, especially in hectic moments. You understand that building trust with clients is crucial to a company’s  success and never waiver in great service. You also have the following:

  • At least one year of experience in an office or customer service setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
  • Interior design experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Able to keep to time and cost constraints even when under pressure
