Reports to Fulfillment and Scheduling Supervisor

With limited supervision, individual operates as a shift leader for restock functions and the personnel actively performing them. The shift lead is responsible for leading and supporting staff performing restocking of Camelot retail store from the fulfillment warehouse. Other responsibilities include generating and managing the restock order in AX system and resolving any system, inventory or processing issues relating the restock process. The shift lead must work collaboratively with retail IC and merchandising team to ensure inventory is properly put away and presented at the Camelot retail store. They are also expected to perform fulfillment functions when not working the restock shift, working collaboratively with the fulfillment team.

Schedule

Tuesday-Saturday (12:30-9:00); some overtime may be required

  • Fulfillment work 12:30-4:30
  • Restock shift lead 4:30-9:00

Essential job function

Retail Restock

  • Support restock team members in achieving efficiency and quality benchmarks through strong leadership, workflow prioritization, and communication
  • Communicate changes and updates from fulfillment leadership to the restock team members
  • Generate, print and sort pick restock order and labels
  • Manage daily restock order to ensure system accuracy and that physical quantities delivered and put away at the retail store matches the general ledger inventory transferred via AX system
  • Collaborate with store staff, particularly IC and Merchandising team, to resolve issues/challenges and create process improvement opportunities
  • Ensure merchandising plan for the store is supported through proper product putaway, labeling and rotation
  • Positively and constructively communicate challenges/improvements on the restock process to fulfillment and Camelot retail leadership teams
  • Drive delivery truck to and from retail store and Avalon warehouse
  • Operate order picker at Avalon warehouse to obtain proper product for restock

Fulfillment

  • Pack customer orders in compliance with established SOP ensuring products are shipped and arrive safe and in proper presentation to the customer
  • Perform shipping functions including opening and closing shipping station(s), manual package entry, processing APO shipment, and using WorldShip and Clippership software
  • Perform picking functions in compliance with established SOPs
  • Assemble kit components in consistent manner achieving merchandising presentation goals
  • Pick, pack and process B2B orders either for ground or pallet shipments, ensuring items are properly labeled (items and cartons), packed, and palletized according to customer specifications
  • Perform other fulfillment functions as needed
  • Adhere to all established KAF safety, food safety and ergonomic policies

Minimum job requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proficient computer (operations software) and office software skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to operate warehouse related equipment
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction

Education/experience

  • 3+ years related warehouse leadership experience or equivalent
  • GED or related certifications and training

Physical requirements

  • Ability to regularly lift and stack packages up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to occasionally lift and stack packages up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours a day
