What you’ll do

As the BI Engineer, you will join an agile team of data gurus who are passionate about data science and analytics. You will leverage data embedded across our organization by building data marts, data warehouses, cubes and machine learning models. You will partner with other engineers and business partners in analyzing data and optimizing the decision-making processes. Your ability to communicate insights from our data to help KIND make sound business decisions will make you successful in this role.

Build & Drive Solutions

  • Architect, build and maintain BI and reporting solutions that empower our team with actionable insights
  • Architect, build and maintain scalable ETL and ELT processes.
  • Perform data mining, model building and other analytical techniques
  • Build dashboards and creative visualization with tools like Tableau, Qlik


  • Work across multiple teams in a highly collaborative environment and drive data solutions end-to-end

You have…

  • 5+ years of experience in data warehousing, data analysis or equivalent work experience.
  • A degree (BS/MS+) in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Finance, Statistics, Business, or related discipline
  • Expert in writing SQL and RDMS.
  • Strong expertise with ETL, OLAP technologies, Data Modeling and working with business intelligence systems.
  • Strong expertise in report writing tools, Excel PivotTables and Excel Models
  • Experience in processing large, multi-dimensional datasets
  • Experience in monitoring and automating reports
  • Proven experience in building and deploying ETL pipelines
  • Proven experience in big data and MPP technologies
  • Proven experience working with APIs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities quickly
  • Strong analytical, data processing and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data quality management tools
  • Experience with at least one programming language: Python, R, C#, Java or another modern language
