About You

As the Junior Marketing Brand Activator, you will support the Go-to-Market Leader DACH in the development of market-driven activities, Product portfolios based on the brand plan and achievement of specific national annual business and budget targets (business plan). You will be also in charge of the independent execution of marketing tasks (on & offline marketing) and, if necessary, you will takeover smaller portfolio components.

The role reports directly to the Go-to-Market Leader DACH and is an individual contributor (no direct reports).

Location: we can offer a hybrid model (on remote / Mainz Office) for candidates already based in the Germany.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Developing and implementing annual brand activation plans based on targeted Consumer Insights, market dynamics and channel specifics (on&offline), also considering multi-country execution across DACH
  • Monitoring trends, market and competitor activities
  • Creating trade presentations by ensuring uniformed implementation in all / selected retailers and sales channels
  • Developing and implementing effective POP activities according to brand activation plans.
  • Providing analysis to support the Go-to-Market Leader in achieving financial targets, market share targets and defined launch or project KPIs
  • Maintaining ePIM: adaptation/creation of texts, uploading suitable images, etc.
  • Updating homepages/brand pages, as well as Completion of general administrative tasks
  • Briefing of agencies (e.g. layouts and commercial advertisements)
  • Presentation of marketing innovations to the sales team

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Degree in economics, focus on marketing or psychology
  • Enthusiasm for the FMCG industry and interest in trade structures, preferably with internship experience at FMCG / trade or international companies
  • High self-motivation, ability to work in a team and good communication skills
  • Good MS Office skills; Knowledge of AC Nielsen is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English
