About You

As the E-Commerce Key Account Manager, you will be responsible to manage our business in Amazon to explore, identify and pursue Kimberly-Clark's category sales and share growth opportunities within the customer.

You will report directly to the Customer Business Unit Leader Modern Trade and you will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).

Location: we can offer a remote model, with some regular visits to Turin office and customers based in Milan, for candidates already based in Italy.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Conducting negotiations with Amazon Vendor manager and all counterparts, actively involving all e-commerce team
• Compiling the best possible Customer Plan based on the right assortment, promo and price
• Promoting the right stock level to fulfill customer need and give the right input in volume planning
• Monitoring product rating and defining action plan when needed
• Collaborating with internal function and external agency to create specific media and search plan
• Ensuring the right paper turnover and payment process between Kimberly-Clark and Amazon, involving all the function to minimize claims, deduction and returns

• Managing promotions, search activities and advertising in Amazon

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Previous experience working at Amazon or managing Amazon as a customer; the experience with other e-commerce players is a strong plus
• Excellent selling skills, including strong negotiation, and closing ability, coupled with excellent people skills

• Strong level of understanding end to end value chain for Amazon (product, demand, customer service, supply, cash cycle)

• Solid level of understanding of key finance documents (P&L, Balance, and Cash Flow)

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

• Business Acumen and Strategy Understanding
• Italian and English fluent
