Tax Associate

Kforce has a client in search of a Tax Associate in Boston, MA.Key Tasks:

  • Provide client service to very high net worth Individuals, 60 to 70% is traditional tax and 30 to 40% is providing non-tax client services
Tax Work:
  • Primary complex family tax returns with related S-corps, Trusts, Partnerships & family member returns; Includes tax projections and tax cost analysis
  • Estate Planning - Work directly with law firms
  • Cash Management - Signature authority over Clients funds
  • Portfolio Reviews - Investments portfolio reviews
  • Private Equity Investments - (i.e. direct investment into Corp)
  • Philanthropic Investments - Direct conversation with the non-profits
  • Real Estate Transactions
  • May work with broker and/or seller
  • Get insurance, prepare documents for sale, transfer funds
  • Purchase of personal assets - (once assisted a client buying a yacht in the Mediterranean from an Australian seller)


  • BS, Accounting, Finance, etc. (required)
  • CPA/MST (Needs at least one)
  • 3-5+ years of experience (required)
  • Hard working, motivated, and organized (required)
