Under general direction, the Supplier Contract Manager will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating business terms and conditions for the Firm's supply contracts. The position will coordinate with vendors, Kforce Legal, and IT departments to ensure vendor terms and conditions are favorable to Kforce and reduce regulatory compliance and liability risks. The position will also be responsible for vendor onboarding, and contract management changes required for current vendors. In addition, the Supplier Contract Manager will be responsible for building and overseeing the supplier diversity program.


  • Manage and oversee new supplier onboarding process inclusive of overseeing the Firms Critical Information Vendor process, up to and including collecting and storing supplier W9's.
  • Manage and oversee supplier diversity program including verification of certifications, reporting, and input into program structure & goals.
  • Conduct supplier contract reviews of business terms/conditions to identify risk and collaborating with internal Legal, IT, and IT Security teams to ensure contracts' compliance.
  • Negotiate terms within supplier agreements for products and services.
  • Manage and oversee Procurement related SEC requirements and reporting.
  • Monitor ongoing contractual risk to pre-existing suppliers.
  • Ensure that Firm suppliers are aligned with its CCPA requirements and strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline Procurement, Licensing, & Travel processes.
  • Oversee and prepare supplier contracts between the company and potential suppliers.
  • Ensure alignment with Kforce Legal Team on supplier contracts including standard business terms.
  • Assess supplier performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts.
  • Manage, organize, and maintain the supplier contract management system.

  • Bachelor's degree and/or
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
