Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Service Desk Documentation in Salt Lake City, UT.Responsibilities:

  • This person will be updating the knowledge base, KB, for end-users (all internal employees - 10,500)
  • The articles they are updating are self-service articles, will be adding instructions, screen-shots and hyperlinks - likely will not need to write very much original content
  • Person needs to be willing to track down info as needed - the person cannot be afraid to email or call a manager or other to get the info
  • Client uses ServiceNow, although ServiceNow is not required - knowledge of a similar system is fine
  • Other terms to look for: Playbook, Standard Operating Procedures or Decision Tree


Skills

  • Helpdesk, Desktop Support, and Documentation experience
