RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a Software Implementation Consultant for a remote position in Seattle, WA. Industry experience is required for this role. Summary: In this role you will become part of the Professional Services Organization in a customer facing role, and lead all technical aspects of the project delivery and solution delivery for the client. In this highly visible role, Insurance carrier industry experience is required. You will be providing critical technical leadership on Customer implementation projects, facilitating the requirements gathering process, and designing technical solutions. Your coordination with Project Managers and Product Management teams will ensure delivery of high-quality feature enhancements. Your ability to perform hands-on development of data models, integrations, reports and dashboards will be key. As you apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and document and communicate product feedback, this will ensure our user experience is positive. You will add value to our continuous improvement goals as you collaborate, and contribute to the creation, deployment and maintenance of technical best practices and standards. You will have direct exposure, and impact on ensuring technical deliverables to customer delivery and customers are complete, consistent, high quality, on time and deliver valued outcomes. Your voice will be heard as you provide feedback into the Product Management organization for continual improvement of product capabilities, features and interoperability in consideration of customer needs and requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related professional experience
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant (or Software Engineer) on enterprise projects
- 2+ years of experience managing a technical team
- Insurance industry experience required
- Must have Insurance Carrier experience
- Experience in working for large SaaS companies - preferred
- This job requires up to 25% travel
