Senior Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is working with a growing AdTech firm and is searching for a Senior Product Manager across multiple locations: NY, Austin, Ann Arbor, MI and Fort Worth, Texas. Summary: Our product team is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in our Austin, Fort Worth, Ann Arbor, or New York City office. The Senior Product Manager will help develop best in class technology solutions for our customers and partners. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. This individual should excel at conducting the required research to determine product development initiatives, synthesize stakeholder requests into well-defined product requirements, and manage an efficient product backlog. Responsibilities:

  • Help drive Ads strategic vision for sponsored ads by identifying and defining new customers feature sets as well as technical product requirements to meet customer demand
  • Work closely with our business owners to author technical product requirements for our firms' Ads product based on stakeholder input, customer interviews, and user data
  • Translate product requirements documents in to epics and detailed stories for the engineering teams to develop
  • Manage product execution of firms' Ads feature teams collaborating with tech and project leads
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
  • You'll create go-to-market launch strategies, manage the development of training materials, and coordinate user feedback loops


REQUIREMENTS:
  • You have 5+ years of experience in software product management with 2+ years specific knowledge of ad serving technology (e.g. RTB, DSP, SSP)
  • Deep understanding of product requirements for campaign management, reporting and ad targeting
  • Familiar with business intelligence products for data visualization
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple parties involved in intricate, fast moving projects with tight deadlines, and setting priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, design and execution of a multi-faceted product strategy
  • Experience with Agile software development / Scrum methodology
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly-scalable web applications
  • Strong analytical skills
