SecDevOps Agile Coach

Kforce has partnered with one of 'America's Top 500 Companies' in Charlotte, North Carolina (NC) and they are seeking multiple SecDevOps Agile Coaches and can possibly sit you at another location if you are interested. As a SecDevOps Coach you will educate various roles and levels of people on SecDevOps principles. This role is currently 100% remote and WILL switch back to office environment when COVID-19 ramps down; must be able to work in office at that time. Essential Functions:

  • Provide training sessions and teach skills that lead towards organization-wide adoption of SecDevOps practices
  • Guide teams into CI/CD methodologies
  • Coach 2-4 Agile teams simultaneously with in-depth guidance on the roles, rituals, and artifacts of Agile teams and organization units
  • Provide team members with feedback and means of improvement and answering questions
  • Provide hands-on support to all employees at times, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles including Product Owners, Dev-ops teams, development teams
  • Responsible for designing a plan for the adoption of SecDevOps (Domain-wide/enterprise-wide)
  • Use techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency

  • Highly proficient with CI/CD Tool chain
  • Knowledgeable on Security and Performance testing practices
  • Ready to travel on short term
  • Strong experience on Continuous Integration/Continuous Testing/Continuous Delivery processes and tools
  • Prior experience coaching teams in DevOps/SecDevOps adoption
  • Proficient in CI/CD tool chain including Git, Junit, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, SonarQube, Checkmarx, Artifactory, UDeploy, etc.
  • Experience coaching at small to medium organizations a must, large organizations are a plus
  • Able to work with other Coaches (Agile & Automation) to drive overall coaching program
  • Programming experience preferably Java and knowledge on TDD/BDD/ATDD
  • Experience on integrating security and performance testing into DevOps pipeline
  • Strong background on Linux
  • Proficiency in all or many of the following list of core skills: Confluence, JIRA, HP ALM, SonarQube, Junit, Selenium, Java, JavaScript, Java Scripting, Java Best Practices, Maven, Jenkins, HP UFT, SQL, Cucumber, Gherkin, TDD
