Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Analyst in New York, NY. Responsibilities:

  • The Technical Analyst supporting Owned Station organization will act as the Technical and Business Process Subject Matter Expert for the Stations Pre-Sales systems & related processes
  • Will be involved in multiple initiatives at any given time, with primary responsibility for requirements gathering, technical support, optimizing and/or upgrading the relevant processes
  • Duties will be split between supporting new Initiatives and being a Technical Lead, ensuring timely response to support requests, and help as needed
  • This person will be critical to supporting the growth plans of the business

  • Must have Salesforce experience
  • Must know how to troubleshoot, understand the importance of data and how it's reported
  • Need to be savvy enough to understand forecasting; book dollars; invoicing; the concept of invoicing
  • Must know Salesforce or Tableau understand reports and input screens
  • Must have integration experience
Soft Skills:
  • Self-starter- outgoing, that can pick up the phone; someone proactive; not just an order taker
  • Must understand Sales forecasting, order management, preferably in media or Digital order processing
  • Linear is TV; Digital ads in videos, banners, full episode player; Non-linear content
  • Document manual processes, calculations and business logic within specified reporting artifacts
