Project Manager - Salesforce

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a Project Manager - Salesforce in New York, NY. Summary: The Manager Pre & Sales, supporting Owned Station organization, will act as the Technical and Business Process lead for the Stations Pre & Sales systems & related processes. The candidate will be involved in multiple initiatives at any given time, with primary responsibility for requirements gathering, technical support, optimizing and/or upgrading the relevant processes. Duties will be split between supporting new Initiatives and support requests, this person will be responsible for supporting the growth plans of the business. The candidate must be able to learn quickly and independently, balancing workloads against competing demands, working flexible hours to collaborate with our stakeholders and business partners. Key Tasks:

  • Communicate with stakeholder on long term goals and analyze what can be done to provide them what they need from a data and application standpoint
  • Manage a small group of talented SME team
  • Demonstrate expertise by guiding the direct reports on best practices and teaching them how to leverage systems functionalities in effort to introduce business efficiencies
  • Perform other duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience developing software solution to address business needs
  • 5+ years of experience managing small team
  • Experienced solid PM having minimum 5-8 years of experience (first preference is someone coming from media industry)
  • 3 years of experience in media industry specific systems in Linear or Digital Media required
  • 3 years of leading agile software development experience
  • SF certified (bonus) and having worked on the other systems at the same time/past
  • Thorough to lead & manage integrations (both up and down stream)
  • Understand complete SDLC lifecycle, ready to dive into technical details and collaborative to work with multiple teams (onsite+ offshore)
