Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in search of a Project Manager in Chicago, IL.Summary:The candidate will be supporting several key initiatives to, with an emphasis on improving our end-to-end process, driving automation and enhancing stakeholder experience. We are searching for an articulate, highly organized, resourceful and self-motivated associate who has both project management and data management experience. The individual must be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, quickly establishing strong relationships with key partners and have excellent communication skills. This is a minimum 9-month assignment, expected to run through mid-2021.Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating activities across multiple partner groups and regions to successfully transition from our current tools to a new project management tool (Workfront) across the team
  • Enhance current reporting by identifying gaps and recommending improvements to satisfy stakeholders and leaders; Maximizing efficiencies and consistency across our team; Increasing accuracy and controls; Incorporating established KPIs
  • Support 2021 project intake process by coordinating xLOB investment pipeline discussions across multiple groups and regions; Organizing and documenting project pipeline, and establishing book of work in current tools
  • Provide project management support as needed for several key initiatives across the RTL team


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree with three years of project management experience in the financial services industry
  • Basic project management skills, including the ability to coordinate across multiple groups and deadlines
  • Expertise in Microsoft applications (Power Point, Excel, Word) and experience using SharePoint
  • Experience with Workfront is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize critical deliverables
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a thorough knowledge of the English language, grammar, spelling, punctuation and usage
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Adept at working with colleagues at all levels, including senior management
  • High level of independence, energy and integrity; Demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles
  • General knowledge of Wholesale Payments products
