RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of an Office Administrator and Clerical in Clearwater, FL. Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Front Office Coordinator at our Physical and Occupational Therapy Company - Rehabilitation. Job Duties:

  • Greet patients
  • Answer multiline phones
  • Register patients and schedule appointments
  • Collecting patient copay, coinsurance, or deductible
  • Verify patient financial information and explain patient benefits
  • Verify insurance benefits
  • Weekly Reporting and Reconciliation
  • Faxing, filing and perform any other duties assigned


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have at least 3 years of previous experience in a medical front office
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in health-related field; Health insurance knowledge a plus
  • We are looking for an experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team who is a skilled professional with attention to detail and can multitask
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Office products with typing speed minimum of 40wpm
  • Previous experience with EMR systems a plus
  • Team player, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service
  • Reliable
  • Attention to detail
  • Time Management skills
  • Must have excellent organizational skills
  • Bilingual required
