Mail Room Clerk

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Mail Room Clerk in Tampa. Florida (FL). Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the delivery of incoming and interoffice mail and for the processing of outgoing mail
  • Picks up, sorts, distributes and routes incoming and outgoing mail
  • Picks up and delivers mail from internal locations
  • Sorts, distributes and routes mail by organization, department, location, floor, building or individual as instructed
  • Prepares mail and packages for outside pick-up
  • Serves as a resource for customer inquires

  • High School diploma or GED / equivalent
  • 1-2 years of previous mailroom/administrative experience
  • Proficient MS Office Skills
  • Computer proficiency/Typing (45WPM minimum)
  • MS Office (Word, advance excel, power point etc.)
  • Admin/Clerical Skills
