Learning & Development - Remote

Kforce has a client in search of a L&D - Learning and Development - Learner Experience Market in Chicago, IL. This role is currently 100% remote and will switch back to office environment when COVID-19 ramps down. Summary: The L&D Learner Experience team ensures the successful delivery of learning programs/events by providing outstanding client service and teaming effectively across various functional groups. The candidate supports the delivery, registration, travel, and may include instructor sourcing, etc. Key Tasks:

  • Leveraging technology to support on demand and live, instructor-led training
  • Learning management system functionality to enhance the learner experience
  • Establishing effective networks and supervise onsite resources to accomplish implementation of L&D programs
  • Maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues
  • Leveraging basic-level project management skills to plan and support manage the implementation of programs nationally, within a market, and/or in a virtual environment
  • Managing multiple priorities and pro-actively troubleshooting and problem solving on a real-time basis, escalating as appropriate
  • Learning to use databases and other tools used to manage the scheduling and delivery of courses in the markets
  • Leveraging presentation and communication skills to effectively work with clients and other team members
  • Bringing customer service and a quality focus to the delivery of learning solutions to enhance the learner experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Client service mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong presence and communication skills
  • Self-sufficient with strong initiative and willingness to learn
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Google platforms, and cloud-based tools
  • Experience in a professional services firm or equivalent
  • Preferred experience relevant to specific to role
Other details:
  • This role will require travel up to 20% of the time
