Internal Customer Service Associate

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Internal Customer Service Associate in Saint Petersburg, FL. This role is currently 100% remote and will switch back to office environment when COVID-19 ramps down. Responsibilities:

  • Reaching out to Financial Advisors via phone to inform them of the new policy changes
  • Respond to any questions the Financial Advisors may have
  • Escalate any complex questions or requests to the senior associates
  • Overcome any objections or push back from the financial advisors
  • Assist with general customer service related inquires via phone or email

  • Minimum of a High School diploma/GED or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • At least 2 years of recent customer service experience, ideally within the financial services or retirement planning industry
  • Adaptable to changing tasks
  • Strong technical aptitude; Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; Must always be professional; Very customer service driven
  • Excellent computer skills
