Disputes Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is assisting a client in the Tampa, FL area who is seeking a Disputes Coordinator. Job Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate processing of short paid invoices and overcharge claims coming from customers, including root cause investigation and trend analysis
  • Timely and accurate processing of on account payments, including root cause investigation and trend analysis
  • Coordinate with the Billing, Cash Applications and Account Receivable departments to resolve trends concerning billing and payment issues
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned Decision Making
  • Determine causes of short paid invoices and make necessary adjustments to billing or send balance due to customer
  • Determine causes of on account payments and make necessary adjustments to billing or cash application or have over payment refunded to customer
  • Review overcharge claims coming from customers and their auditors to determine if billing is correct and the refund request approved or denied


REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School diploma/GED
  • 2 years of related experience
  • Experience with meeting deadlines
