Kforce is looking for 2 Customer Service Representatives for a client in the Overland Park, Kansas area. Summary:This is a rapidly growing company that provides device trade-in solutions to Wireless Carriers and Retailers. This position will provide customer service support through phone, chat and email. Call center experience, basic knowledge of mobile communication as well as basic knowledge of mobile lingo is a must have within this role. This role will report to the Customer Service Representative Supervisor.Responsibilities:

  • Support tier 1 and tier 2 phone calls, online chat and emails across different business channels - in this case specifically AT&T and Microsoft
  • High call volume - at the highest level eventually up to 100 calls per day, 50-65 with email and chat included


  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business or Communication related fields
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in a call center or customer support team
  • Experience with call center software
  • Understanding of mobile devices and communication
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Docs/Sheets
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and listening skills
  • Ability to take problems independently - Supervisor wants to eliminate micromanaging
  • History of producing high quality work
  • Eager to grow within work and company
