Responsibilities

Kforce has a client seeking a Customer Success Representative in San Mateo, CA.Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary contact regarding billing, eligibility, and general inquiries
  • Maintain assigned accounts
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Resolve eligibility and billing inquiries
  • Document and coordinate requested plan changes
  • Promote products and marketing campaigns


Skills

  • College degree is preferred
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience
  • 2-4 years of third-party administrator experience is preferred
  • Insurance industry knowledge is preferred
  • Strong time management skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and Adobe
