Responsibilities

Kforce client located in Cincinnati, OH is looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Assistant to join their growing team. This will be a 100% remote/work from home opportunity for the foreseeable future but will eventually be back on site.Summary:The Customer Service representative will be responsible for communicating with and assisting the sales team, warehouse manager and other internal team members with order processing, order entry and other customer needs.Day to Day:

  • High volume data entry of customer account and customer order information
  • Process debits and credits
  • Release orders to the warehouse
  • Account research and resolution


Skills

  • Prior customer service experience with a focus on data entry
  • Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with internal and external partners
  • Ability to self-direct and manage time
