Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Saint Louis, MO.Responsibilities:

  • Perform call center duties such as answer incoming calls
  • Respond to emails / tickets in support of various job responsibilities related to customers
  • Other duties as assigned


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, or Business preferred
  • Detail and team oriented. Quick learner and self-motivated
  • Must have excellent verbal and written skills (efficient typing skills) with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications preferred
  • Willingness and ability to work varied hours
  • Obtain and record thorough and accurate customer feedback and data
  • Must be able to work 1st and 2nd shift
