Kforce has a client in search of a Customer Service Representative in Monsey, NY.Key Tasks:

  • Nonprofit filing order processing, drafting state documents and IRS and state applications for tax exempt status
  • Customer interaction includes taking orders and providing status updates


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required
  • MS Office; basic Excel
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills, organization, attention to detail
  • Specific nonprofit experience a plus but not required
