Responsibilities
Kforce's client in Dallas, TX is looking for top Customer Service agents for a Remote, overnight shift 7:30p - 7:30a.Summary:You will be part of a customer service/response team providing "white glove" level customer service. You will support the daily operations for maintenance management and dispatch for client facilities. You will respond to request from client users via phone and external systems.Key Tasks:
- Enter service tickets base upon deficiencies found
- Enter and reconcile work from external system into a dispatch system
- Support in coordination of outside vendor, track for progress and report on completion
- You will be responsible for escalation of incidents

- Capable of quickly learning new software applications, from a user perspective
- Successful self-managing while working remotely (overnight)
- Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints and to work without direct supervision
- Solid communication skills, written and oral, including the ability to work in a team environment and interact with internal business partners as well as subcontractors and vendors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Prior Call Center experience is desirable
- Demonstrated working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) is a plus
