Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in search of a Customer Service Associate in Portland, OR.Summary:Our client is looking for a customer service associate who manages customer concerns with the objective of maintaining positive customer relationships within an organization. You will interact directly with customers to listen to concerns, resolve problems, and recommend products and services according to the needs of each individual. You will anticipate customer questions and familiarize themselves with products and services to offer the best recommendations.Services to be performed:

  • Data analysis
  • Creative problem solving
  • Customer interaction/Service


Skills

  • Excellent communication; Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Strong organization skills and very detail-oriented
  • Trustworthy and punctual
  • Willingness to learn and improve the overall customer experience
  • Basic Excel skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or enrolled in an Undergraduate
  • An eye towards customer service is preferred, but more than anything; Looking for a creative problem solver, who is decent at Excel, and has a great attitude
  • Previous work experience, especially in handling data recording
  • Demonstrated success in problem solving and delivering results
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
  • Strong organizational skills and team player
  • Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings
