Kforce has a client in search of a Customer Care Representative in Westborough, MA.Key Tasks:

  • Receive and enter payments over the phone
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Handle to customer complaints, concerns and questions
  • Input data for orders, pick-ups, and work orders
  • Present and discuss products and services to customers


Skills

  • Some type of customer service and/or call center experience is preferred
  • Able to do simple math and calculations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
