Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in search of a Call Center Agent in Phoenix, AZ.Summary:This role supports close to 300,000 associates within the company. Service within is critical and we are expected to treat every caller as a welcome guest. Our callers have questions about their payroll, hours worked, vacation time, taxes, and benefits-related topics. Every call is different so being flexible and ready is important. They will be taking inbound calls from internal employees answering questions about Payroll, PTO, and Benefits. The client needs Bilingual candidates who will ask probing questions, while providing high levels of customer service.
