Billing Coordinator - Technology Company

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a rapid growth technology startup, is seeking a Billing Coordinator for its New York, NY office and North American business. This is a well-regarded company on many "Best Of" Lists. Duties will include:

  • Process Quotes/Orders
  • Ensure that contracts, documentation and process standards are being met
  • Reject any orders not meeting standards and communicate with teammates what changes are needed
  • Process internal requests account changes
  • Submit invoices prior to month-end closing
  • Improve processes and procedures


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Relevant academic degree
  • Minimum 1-2 years of billing or administrative experience
  • Subscription billing a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Windows Office Suite
  • Advanced user of Excel a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions, meet strict deadlines, and work independently
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • 3rd party billing system experience a plus
