Billing Coordinator / Contracts Administrator

Kforce has a client in search of a Billing Coordinator/Contracts Administrator in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities: Review Contracts:

  • OCIP
  • Contractor - SOV due dates
  • Contract amounts match booking sheet
  • Booking sheet is completed accurately and everything matches
  • Understands Use vs Sales Tax
  • Makes copy of booking sheet once PM approves
  • Will be able to reject the project back to sales if all I's dotted and T's crossed
  • Candidate must also contact the client or customer to ensure there are no anomalies for billing requirements or whom receives those invoices
  • Works weekly with PM on what's ready for billing
  • Must be timely when invoicing and contacting clients
  • Understand use of portals
  • Follow up invoice to verify end user received it
  • Create any changes or edits to be viewed by the PMs and ops manager and make sure the edits are done within 24-48 hours
  • Copy the Florida billing distro on all invoices
  • May have to also conduct or sit in on OCIP and Contract review processes with the legal team

  • Construction industry experience
  • Financial background with solid knowledge of g702 and g703 forms/schedule values
  • Understand NTO and Lien Processes
  • Understands o/u billing and how revenue is accrued
  • Understand where to get the information in spectrum
  • Understand DSO
  • Understand payment terms
  • Invoicing experience
  • Contract admin skills
  • Email etiquette and Customer Service
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
