RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an AP Clerk in Saint Petersburg, Florida (FL). Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Spreadsheet creation and maintenance
  • File Maintenance
  • Month-end close
  • Departmental reports
  • Back up for Administrative functions
  • Additional duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Intermediate skills in Excel
  • Intermediate Math Skills
  • General Office Experience
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Preferred:
  • Outlook
  • Accounts Payable experience
  • Filing experience
  • Minimum of basic skills in all areas of Microsoft Office suite
  • Desired Experience with ERP systems
  • Customer support
  • The Accounting Clerk operates from the highest level of trustworthiness, honesty, and accountability
  • This person is very detail oriented, values teamwork, but can work independently; The position requires strong reliance on accuracy, thoroughness, strong math skills, and organization
  • Big picture oriented, this professional follow procedure, and is a problem solver that is organized, analytical, and able to prioritize; This person can shift from assignments and issues with ease regardless of the interruption
  • Strong communication skills are a must
