Overview

The Activation team is the main interface between our clients and the rest of the business. We are not only responsible for building great relationships with our clients and delivering award winning digital campaigns, we are also accountable for the growth and development of our client’s businesses. Whether that involves being first to market with new digital channels, supporting measurement journeys, providing innovative optimisation solutions or educational workshops, we pride ourselves on the strong client partnerships built. 

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Senior Analyst to join the team and become an integral part of our business unit. The Digital Marketing Senior Analyst is responsible for both the management of your clients day to day campaign based requests as well as campaign planning, set-up, optimisation and reporting. You will be encouraged to contribute suggestions on how to deliver improvements in efficiency across the business. You will also deputise for the Campaign Manager when needed and support with the training of more junior members of the team.

Here’s what we’d like you to do

  • Manage and own campaigns across Display, Video and Social channels and platforms, optimising tactics and strategies to produce the best possible performance
  • Manage all operational work to launch a campaign from planning to set-up and reporting
  • Create media plans which demonstrate knowledge of your client account(s) and provide new testing ideas for further opportunities
  • Produce weekly client reports together with a summary of performance and the actions you've taken, explaining your choices and the impact on the campaign
  • Own the performance part of the weekly client calls, providing additional detail and background where needed
  • Produce end of campaign reports which highlight deeper insight into campaign performance and learnings
  • Identify and help pitch for new opportunities with your client(s)
  • Provide basic trafficking support as required
  • Be the go-to person for client day to day campaign based requests

This is what you’ll have done already

  • A degree education
  • 9+ months hands-on digital planning and/or operational experience on programmatic display or paid social
  • A proven passion for digital media/advertising & technology
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask with great attention to detail
  • A technical/analytical mind-set
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
