Digital Marketing Intern

This full-time, paid summer program is based at our NYC headquarters with dates to be confirmed, most likely from early June to mid-August. This exciting opportunity requires strong quantitative and communication skills, a passion for delivering client impact, and a desire to be part of a tightly-knit team that’s out to change the industry.  Expect to learn A LOT about cool technologies, digital media and marketing strategy quickly. Our internship program is designed as a rotational program where you’ll gain a broad range of exposure to digital media through our 3 departments:

  • The Client Solutions team owns our client relationships, leading communication of Kepler’s strategic guidance and ensuring that internal teams meet and exceed clients' goals. They’re responsible for trafficking media and managing creatives, campaign project management & strategy, presenting data insights and overarching client planning.
  • The Optimization and Innovation team is made up of forward-thinking media traders, with tactical platform expertise across all biddable media channels (social, SEM, video, native, display, etc.) and a keen sense of macro marketing and technology trends. They’re responsible for using data-driven insights to design, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  • The Marketing Analytics team plays a critical role in ensuring client and company success, measuring digital campaign performance, developing deep insights to drive performance, and designing sophisticated testing plans. They’re responsible for managing data visualizations, dashboards, data models, and data analysis

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Rising Senior or Master’s student enrolled in a degree program
  • Strong interest and/or experience in marketing and client services, ideally in digital media
  • Ability to “do what it takes” and manage a complex workload that spans program execution, analysis, and client communications
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, and comfort with Excel, data analysis, and digital technologies
  • Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to create and build relationships
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details
  • Ability to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team environment
