Role Summary:

Reporting to the E-Commerce Fulfillment Lead, the E-Commerce Specialist's primary goal is to oversee the execution of daily departmental activities and to ensure goals are met. This is a crucial part of the supply chain process and we are looking for someone who is up for the challenge. If you thrive in a constantly changing environment, have a knack for analysis, creating new metrics, identifying process improvement, and making quick decisions under pressure, this may be the job for you!

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Customer Service, IT, Returns and other teams regarding order investigation and concerns

Assist in daily E-Commerce Fulfillment operations, such as the picking, wrapping and shipping of customer orders

Provide status updates and workflow progress, collaborating with Floor Assistants, other Specialists, and Leads to evaluate the needs of the day, adjusting as needed

Communicate company policy and verify policy is applied

Create a positive and encouraging team dynamic

Assist in onboarding new Kendra Scott family members

Provide WOW customer service by creating data reports that provide metrics to help determine the strengths/weaknesses of the team and help develop a process to improve performance

Act as a resource to associates regarding procedural concerns

Become an expert in our systems, including but not limited to: ProShip, Demandware, ZenDesk, WMS system, etc.

Process orders and organize priority prints for fulfillment

Process Gift Cards and perform monthly audits

Assist in maintaining daily processing logs

Requirements:

6+ months working at Kendra Scott's Distribution Center or 1+ years working in a similar technical or administrative role

Fluent Microsoft Office skills and examples to prove intermediate level Excel skills

High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred

A confident self-starter with superior multi-tasking and analytical skills

Strong time-management skills

Effective leadership and communication techniques

Embrace change with a positive attitude and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Work Location:

This is a full-time, hourly position located at the Distribution Center in Austin, Texas. Hours are as directed by the Department Manager. Overtime, weekend, and holiday hours may be required.

Available Shifts:

Thurs-Sun 8am-6pm

Sun-Thur 11am-8pm

Thur and Sun 1pm-11pm, Fri-Sat 8am-6pm
