Who are we looking for?
The right candidate will be translating business requirements into highly effective digital experiences. You will iterate and innovate across consumer-facing sites, product sites and internal company websites.

Working closely with our project managers, stakeholders, design team members and end users, you will create wireframes, prototypes, and comps for new and updated responsive web experiences while upholding a consistent voice, tone, feel and look for the company and its brands.  Your diverse skill set will assist with information architecture, user interaction, style guides and creative direction. You will drive needs of the user by implementing solid human interaction design principles.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • 2 years minimum experience producing wireframes, prototypes for new and updated websites.
  • 2 years minimum mobile-first responsive design.
  • Study or training in UI/UX design principles.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite. Dreamweaver and Fireworks a plus.
  • Skilled in Balsamiq, Axure or other top wireframing and prototyping tools
  • Great with deadlines and details.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to track multiple projects and manage time efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with CMS tools Drupal and/or Wordpress.

Education and/or Experience: 
Two to five years of experience, technical college degree or demonstrable practical knowledge in all aspects of web design and development process. BA/BS degree in design, technology or equivalent experience is required.
