The Keller Williams Innovation Team is reinventing the way technology is used in real estate. This transition is focused on moving from a traditional, siloed set of systems to a modern, integrated cloud-based data and technology platform. We are looking for a highly-motivated Technical Solutions Architect to be the technology strategist working with our accelerator businesses at the forefront of this transformation for our 170,000 real estate agents worldwide within the company.

About our Accelerator Businesses:
Our leadership is focused on bringing value to our agents through various corporate initiatives, with a focus on technology and affiliated businesses that maintain the agent’s prominence as the linchpin to the real estate transaction. We have affiliated mortgage, insurance and property management businesses and plan to quickly expand into other areas that touch the real estate transaction. KW Accelerator affiliated businesses are ultimately designed to help agents better assist their clients in the purchase and sale of their homes.

What you'll do:
As the Technical Solutions Architect for our accelerator businesses, you will work with the mortgage, insurance, and property management teams to build technical strategies and roadmaps from the ground up that simplify and enhance the consumer experience, while streamlining processes and creating business value for Keller Williams and its real estate associates.

You will lead the research, identification, development, prioritization and testing of new and innovative opportunities for continued growth. You will oversee vendors, budgets and timelines. You will be a driver of change working with the Product team, and the board, managing a portfolio. We strongly believe in using leverage to create more space in our businesses that to allow us more time and resources to focus on having a life worth living. In this job, you will be responsible for ensuring technology is delivered to help associates create those spaces in their lives and businesses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create the technology strategy and roadmap for KW’s accelerator businesses.
• Develop business and technical presentations/collateral and formulate market narratives.
• Work with Keller Williams Realty International technology team to integrate the technology and data from the accelerator businesses into their existing platforms.
• Drive ideas to market.
• Manage a team of innovation technologists and a pipeline of projects Manage a budget across a portfolio of concepts and ideas Collaborate with our end users, internal stakeholders, and external partners to develop and deliver high value innovative concepts and solutions.
• Assess the strategic fit and value of new business ideas, manage the prioritization process of the pipeline and allocate resources to concept test new initiatives.
• Responsible for the selection, definition, execution, and transition of tests to scalable models that support achievement of the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Build strategic plans for the enterprise.
• Create and maintain standards.

Qualifications:
• 7 years of design/implementation/consulting experience with distributed applications.
• 5 years as an innovation leader and practitioner successfully leading cross-functional innovation teams.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Great team player. Strong drive. Willing to take leadership role in driving initiatives, working across organizations, and structuring approaches to new opportunities.
• Experience successfully taking a product from concept to market at warp speed.
• Well versed in open source technologies, cloud computing (AWS & GCP), mobile and SDLC.
• Experience managing people, partners and budgets.
• Great team player. Strong drive. Willing to take leadership role in driving initiatives, working across organizations, and structuring approaches to new opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills including listening, speaking, presenting and demonstrating technical software products
• Experience in startups is preferred
