KWRI is looking for a fast-paced, problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment. We are looking for a self-motivated Executive Assistant who desires an environment that allows you to create your own growth path.
What will you do?
In this role as Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support and perform operational functions for the department, including, but not limited to: calendar and communications management for the executive and acting as a liaison and spokesperson for the department to clients and customers, both internal and external. We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, a clear communicator and self-managed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists executive with day-to-day meetings; ensures executive has materials, documents pertinent details and follow-up tasks from conversations
Assists with creating agendas, PowerPoint slides and other materials for recurring meetings
Delivers and picks up business and personal related correspondence
Works with executive team to create spreadsheets and reports
Prepares conference rooms for meetings
Attends special events with executive
Generates emails and makes calls on executive’s behalf when assigned
Works with Help Desk and Customer Service to ensure office equipment is working efficiently and office supplies is maintained
Minimum three years of experience supporting an executive in an administrative or personal assistant capacity
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Servant leader heart and mindset
High level of discretion
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Impeccable written and oral communication skills
Ability to multi-task and maintain complex schedules
Resourceful, a good problem solver and organized
* Available to attend evening and weekend events when necessary
