SUMMARY OF PURPOSE:
The Supervisor, FIRSTBranch Program Delivery has proven the ability to perform all duties of the FIRSTBranch Account Manager (FAM) II efficiently while maintaining highly favorable client relationships and value to the FIRSTBranch Program Delivery team. The position is a hybrid between an account manager and people leader, maintaining a small client load in an effort to continuously aid in opportunities to increase FPD value by working closely with clients and leading team in best practices while embodying the Patch Values. The FPD Supervisor will work closely with the Director of FIRSTBranch Program Delivery to execute team Roles & Goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Infuse the Patch Values into your work ethic, every day and every interaction

  • Mentorship
  • Proactively coach/develop FIRSTBranch Account Manager abilities and ensure the team delivers service resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate model behavior that is representative of Kasasa values

  • Client Management
  • Day to day supervision and management of client website change requests
  • Manage and influence client conversations, deliver exceptional service, and create mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Create a true partnership (instead of vendor) relationship with all clients
  • Create “raving fans” of FIRSTBranch Account Managers and Kasasa

  • Marketing Subject Matter Expertise
  • Advise regarding best practices of web design, usability, and ongoing support of client websites
  • Advise regarding website performance and recommend best practices of SEM, SEO, and PPC strategies
  • Regular review of site analytics and lead metrics with clients

  • Process/Program Management:
  • Manage projects from beginning to end
  • Assist in execution and maintenance of FIRSTBranch Outage efforts
  • Assist in execution and maintenance of Onboarding new team members
  • Assist in interdependent teams communication and alignment

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of work experience
  • 5+ years in client-facing account management
  • Extremely high level of professionalism
  • Incredible project management skills with superb attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to rapid change
  • Strong problem analysis and resolution skills, with an ability to develop and implement solutions that benefit both the client and Kasasa
  • Ability to self-start and succeed with little supervision
  • Knowledge of Online (digital, social, interactive) marketing campaigns
  • Willingness to learn and utilize both Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Relationship Management system (SugarCRM), and workflow management system (JIRA)
  • Responsibility for specific areas of expertise within department value stream (i.e. CMS, CMSA, UX/Design, FED, Analytics, INMO, Inventory Management, Redesign Strategy, etc.)
  • Optimize and improve upon that specific subject matter over time
  • Act as a liaison with other departments associated with FIRSTBranch service delivery
  • Train and manage team performance to excellence
  • Act as a peer mentor and leader
  • Implement programs or demonstrate behavior that will encourage the growth and development of individuals and of the team
