Summary of Job's Purpose:

The Client Services Coordinator will support the Client Services Team in all aspects of the campaign life cycle: from pre through post sales.  This person will be responsible for developing inspiring, innovative and strategic digital marketing campaigns for top tier advertisers along with providing support for client's day to day needs to ensure expected delivery and client satisfaction. You must have a finger on the pulse of the industry and its competitive trends, be forward thinking and not afraid to voice suggestions and propositions.

Pre-Sales Responsibilities:

  • Participate in creative brainstorms to come up with original, inspiring ideas that meet advertiser's objectives and leverage our best assets 
  • Leverage your PPT expertise and presentation-development skills to deliver comprehensive, strategic, and exciting pitch decks and presentations 
  • Deliver accurate media plans and spec templates in a timely manner

Post-Sales Responsibilities

  • Initiate and ensure accurate input of campaign details on internal platforms
  • Support development of client-facing reports 
  • Coordinate any changes/optimizations to original contract with internal departments and ensure they are properly executed and invoiced
  • Ensure on timely delivery of creatives to clients

Ongoing Responsibilities

  • Act as the day to day support for the client services team 
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams; sales, operations, design, product and finance to ensure campaign performance is met.

The Requirements:

  • 0-1 years of experience 
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or internship experience 
  • Interest in media, technologies, and a desire to keep informed of new trends 
  • Experience with Photoshop preferred
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel and all other MS Office Tools 
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Professional maturity, integrity, discipline and a positive attitude 
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to work on your own as part of a distributed team 
  • Understanding of online advertising 
  • Highly creative and strategic; proactive; strong organizational skills; effective communicator
  • Self-motivator with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines 
  • Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and take initiative in order to solve problems as they arise
