ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Trade Marketing Executive will be responsible for operational processes in the frame of Off-Trade marketing activity. He/she will achieve marketing objectives in terms of Perfect Store execution and control of key marketing KPIs

He/She will be responsible for following areas:

Development of execution standards:

  • Creation of Picture of Success per channel, including channel specifics and company targets
  • Control of execution standards implementation
  • Analysis of execution standards efficiency
  • Creation of action plan for improvement of execution performance

Collaboration with external audit-agency

  • Briefing of agency (verification of scrip content for audit)
  • Control of database updating for regular audit (address program, conditions)
  • Identification of mistake and anomalies in audit
  • Set-up of regular reporting process with results of audit
  • Budgeting and accruals of spends, including payments reduction in case if provided by agency service is non-qualitative
  • Control of document turnover

Collaboration with leaders Sales-team

  • Consolidation of contract conditions
  • Preparation of tracking tool (including list of actions) per customer for improvement of audit results
  • Identification jointly with sales team the most actionable initiatives for improvement of execution performance with key customers (motivation, negotiations, notification, trainings)
  • Permanent control of realization of action plan for execution improvement jointly with sales team

People engagement

  • Preparation of education material for sales team
  • Permanent support of sales team with audit analysis (Methodology of measurement of ky KBIs) Preparation of selling stories for execution performance improvement

PLACE IN THE STRUCTURE:

  • Trade Marketing Executive reports to Country Trade Marketing Manager

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing / Business Intelligence (FMCG is preferable) on comparable position
  • Easily adaptable to the new environment, business and product specifics
  • Make it happen personality who can get things done fast
  • Ability to work with big data massive
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, All types of matching formulas, formulas of conditions, ability to combine several types of formulas) and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask
  • Target oriented
  • Stress resistant
  • Presentations and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good learning attitude and strong result and quality driven mindset.
  • Innovative and creative approach
  • English upper-intermediate
